Welcome to the Partner Centre! You’ll be able to find everything you need to run your Affiliate Programme right here. The Partner Centre consists of five different tabs, plus one called ‘Reservations’ that’s exclusively for offline Travel Agents. Here are the six tabs:

Now we’ll explain how you use each section.
The Dashboard is a quick overview of your account and how it’s performing. On this page you’ll be able to see the total commission you made so far and how well your website/products are performing this month. The website/product performance is updated daily.
In the Products section you can find and create all Booking.com widgets, including WordPress plugin downloads. If you would like to know which products suit your website best, we recommend filling in the ‘Know Your Partner Form’ which can be found in the subtab ‘Overview’.
The widgets are easy to create and most of them can be customised. When creating the widget simply copy the provided code and paste it into the code of your website. In the overview you’ll also find a video explaining, in detail, how to create a widget.
Under the Performance tab you’ll find an extensive overview of how your account is performing, both in general and by product. You’ll also be able to find all reservations made under your Affiliate ID (AID) under the subtab called ‘Individual Bookings’.
Here you can check how many reservations were made by your customers via your Affiliate Account, as well as analyse and download reservation data. For Offline Travel Agents we offer the option to book and manage self-made reservations. In the overview, you’ll also be able to find the customer/hotel data.
When clicking on the support tab you will be directed to our Knowledge Centre where you will be able to find all available information about the Affiliate Partner Programme. You’ll also be able to find tips & tricks to boost your performance.
- Your account
In the ‘Your account’ section, you will be able to manage your Affiliate Account. This is where you can add or update personal data, company details and bank/payment information.
You’ll also be able to add additional websites and users, as well as download your credit slips.
