There can be 2 options: there is a new owner of the websites in the affiliate account, or the owner of the affiliate account has stayed the same but wants to change the website information.
1) If the ownership of the account has changed then please follow the below steps:
- create a new account by registering with your company details.
- Set up your account and integrate the correct new links on your website
- Let us know that you have done this so we can close the old account and inform the former owner of the company accordingly.
If the ownership of the account hasn't changed but you want to change the website information then please login to the partner center, go to "Your account" and then "Account setup". There you will find the "Company details" section where you can change the information.
