When your account has been deactivated and you want to start using it again please follow these steps:
- Login to your account through https://admin.booking.com/partner/
- Update your information in the Partner Centre in Your Account
- Send us a message through the Support tab in the Partner Centre to inform us you have updated your information and want to keep your account active, choose the category "reactivate my account".
- Please provide us with the Partner ID when you send us a message, you can find it at the bottom of the email you received from us.
**In case you have commission pending please also follow above steps so we can pay you out the outstanding commission**
