As a Booking.com Affiliate Partner, you’re not permitted to copy the content and/or style of the Booking.com website or any of our accommodation partners’ own hotel websites in order to create a replica site or page.
If an Affiliate Partner replicates hotel websites and implements our products on them, it risks upsetting our accommodation partners and, potentially, harming our business relationship with them. That’s why we always act swiftly in such cases, first by issuing a warning and then by closing the Affiliate Partner’s account if they don’t comply with our request.
To avoid any issues, use this scenario as a rule of thumb:
- If you have a website with a hotel-like domain name, that focuses on one hotel in particular (or a group of hotels), you cannot use our products on that website.
If you’re unsure whether your website or page complies with Booking.com policies regarding protected content, contact us by clicking on ‘Submit a request’ below.
Clause 4.1.2 from Booking.com Affiliate Agreement: The Affiliate agrees not to take or omit to take any action which may affect Booking.com’s relationship with the Hotels available on the Booking.com Websites. The Affiliate agrees not to cause or permit to be done anything which may cause Booking.com to be excluded from the process of booking with any Hotel, moreover, the Affiliate shall not in a negative or detrimental way speak (i.e. badmouth) of or comment on (the business of) Booking.com and shall not persuade, induce or attempt to induce any Hotel to terminate its contract with or reduce its dealings and business with Booking.com.
