Our Partner Center Dashboard is currently being adjusted based on the new payment logic that came into effect on January 1st 2021. This means Current Balance will not show the confirmed commission anymore. This is due to various internal system changes connected to our overall, long-term efforts in improving the Partner Center experience.
Where can I find my Current Balance?
Moving forward you can keep track of your finalized commissions in the following ways:
- Check your Individual bookings page under the Performance tab and filter by the reservations status (Finalized) and check out date. Individual bookings page is the most up-to-date and reliable source of reservations data at the moment. Please note that until the commission is fully finalized and added to the credit slip you will see a range that corresponds with the 25-40% commission tiers. Keep track of your monthly credit slips. We will send a credit slip every month for all confirmed bookings. They will be sent to your email and you can also find them in the Partner Center, under Your account → Credit slips. The amount on the credit slip will tell you your monthly confirmed bookings, but the payment is made only after the 100 EUR threshold is met.
If you had accumulated commission under the 100 EUR threshold before the Jan 1st 2021, you will receive a separate credit slip of that commission in the coming weeks. Please note that this specific credit slip will only contribute to your current balance and will not be automatically paid out. The 100 EUR threshold still needs to be reached.
