What does my Current Balance include?
The total* commission you've earned for bookings that have been checked out, confirmed by the accommodations and not paid out by us yet.
*Note: it can take some days for the system to update the Current Balance after a booking is finalized.
Does my Current Balance always drop to zero early in the month?
Only when your Current Balance reached/surpassed EUR 100 and a credit slip has been created (around the 5th of the month).
At that point, the Current Balance is set to zero for some time. After that, it will show last month's finalized* commission again.
*Note: during this period and at all times, you can still see all Finalized bookings in your 'Individual Reservations' overview.
Where can you find your Current Balance?
In the Partner Center, on the top left of the Dashboard.
Good to know: If the Dashboard says a credit slip is in progress, but you haven’t received one by the end of the first week of the month, please make sure:
- Your Account Details are correctly and fully filled out. If they were not and you fill them out, a credit slip will be created around the 20th of the month.
- Check Your Account > Credit Slips to see if it is there.
- Check your junk/spam folder.
