Where can I find my Current Balance?
In the Partner Centre, on the top left of the Dashboard.
Good to know: If the Dashboard says a credit slip is in progress, but you haven’t received one by the end of the first week of the month, please make sure:
- Your Account Details are correct and fully filled out. If they were not and you fill them out, a credit slip will be created around the 20th of the month.
- You check ‘Credit Slips’ under ‘Your Account’ to see if it is there.
- You check your junk/spam folder.
If your details are correct and the credit slip is not in your junk/spam folder, please reach out to us by submitting a request.
What does my Current Balance include?
Your Current Balance is the total commission you have earned for bookings that have been finalised by the property but not paid out yet.
Once commission is paid out, it is removed from your Current Balance (as it’s no longer ‘current’).
Please be aware that, when a booking is finalised, it sometimes takes a while for the system to update your balance.
Why does my Current Balance sometimes drop to zero?
When your commission balance reaches EUR 100, we generate a credit slip ready to pay you. This usually happens around the 5th of the month, and means your balance reverts to zero for a while.
Your Current Balance will eventually be updated to display last month’s finalised commission amount again. In the meantime, you can always view your finalised bookings in the ‘Individual Reservations’ overview.
Does my Current Balance always drop to zero early in the month?
Only when your Current Balance reached/surpassed EUR 100 and a credit slip has been created (around the 5th of the month).
At that point, the Current Balance is set to zero for some time. After that, it will show last month's finalized* commission again.
*Note: during this period and at all times, you can still see all Finalized bookings in your 'Individual Reservations' overview.
