Only the account admin has the ability to change the bank details. Here are four easy steps explaining how:
- Log in to the Partner Centre. Select ‘Your Account’ and then ‘Account Setup’.
- Select ‘add/change details’ and then ‘update details’.
- A security key will be sent to your email address. If you can’t see it, please check your spam folder.
- And finally, enter the security key to change your details.
Here are some helpful tips for when you’re updating your details:
- Only enter characters from the Latin alphabet, as we’ll use these details when we send you your invoices.
- You need to choose your bank country before entering the rest of your bank details.
- The beneficiary name needs to be the same as the bank account holder’s name.
