Bank details can only be changed by the account Admin, in the following way:
- In the Partner Center, choose Your Account > Account Setup
- When you add/change the details, choose “update details”
- For security reasons, a security key will be sent to your email address.
- Enter the security key.
If you do not receive the email with the security code, please check the spam folder and if it's still not found, please contact us.
Good to know:
- Please use only Latin characters, as this will be used when issuing credit slips (invoices that we issue and send to you with all the details on your paid commission).
- When you choose your Bank Country and an IBAN is required, it means that it is obligatory for your country. Make sure that you enter the full IBAN, for example: NL39RABO1122556678.
- The beneficiary name is the name under which the account is opened. Please note that the beneficiary name needs to match to the given account and/or IBAN number.
