There are a few possible reasons why you may not have received your commission:
- The bank details you provided may be incorrect or incomplete.
- You may have used a non-verified PayPal account (Your account may not have been verified through the PayPal website - please see screenshot attached)
- You may have used non-Latin characters in your payment details.
- Your bank may not be able to receive certain currencies.
- You may be using a correspondent bank (which our system doesn’t allow).
