Your commission split starts at 25%. This is 25% of the commission Booking.com receives for each booking.
This percentage split increases and decreases based on the number of stayed bookings you have secured in a given month (though it will never go any lower than 25%), it is calculated according to a progressively structured model as seen below. ‘Stayed bookings’ are bookings that were checked-out and confirmed by the partner. Cancelled bookings, or those marked as ‘no-show’ will not be counted. The more stayed reservations you generate, the higher your commission share percentage is.
The commission split brackets are as follows:
As soon as you reach 100 euros’ worth of confirmed commission – whether it be through one or multiple bookings – we will pay out your commission.
Every month a credit slip is created and sent to you for the confirmed reservations for that specific month, but the payment is made only after the 100 EUR threshold is met.
Transfers are made on a monthly basis, as long as you have earned at least 100 EUR. If you don’t reach this amount in one month, your balance will continue until the following month.

As of January 1st 2021, we will be changing the logic of which Commission is calculated for all partners.
The system will look at when a reservation is materialised (Confirmed as stayed by the accommodation two months after check-out) , commission will then be calculated for the reservation based on how many other reservations materialized in the same month.
The commission for each reservation that month will continue to be based on the following commission split brackets shown above.
So if you materialize between 1-50 reservations in the same month, the commission will be 25% and will increase based on the scale shown above.
The amount you will receive depends on not just the above, but also the commission that a particular accommodation pays Booking.com. The commissions percentage for accommodations can range between 10%-20% depending on several factors such as the accommodation country, with majority being on 15%, 17% or 20%. So, for a reservation worth 100 EUR, the potential scenarios are:
- 15% commission plan
Booking.com will receive 15.00 EUR and you will earn 3.75, 4.50, 5.25, or 6.00 EUR, depending on the total amount of stayed reservations you've accumulated. - 17% commission plan
Booking.com will receive 17 EUR and you will earn 4.25, 5.10, 5.95 or 6.80 EUR, depending on the total amount of stayed reservations you've accumulated. - 20% commission plan
Booking.com will earn 20 EUR and you will earn 5, 6, 7 or 8 EUR, depending on the total amount of stayed reservations you've accumulated.
Once you reach a new bracket, you will need to wait two months to see the new commission applied. This is because properties do not confirm the reservations until one month after check-out.
