You can manage reservations through your Partner Center. Log into your account and select 'Reservations' on the menu on the left. In this section, you will see all the reservations you have made.
Under each reservation, you'll see a 'Manage Booking' button. By clicking on this button, you'll see the details of the reservation and you'll have the option to:
- Change dates
- Add rooms
- Contact the property
- Check the policies
- Update credit card
- Cancel the reservation
If you'd like to change the names of your customers, please click on 'View confirmation' and more options will be available for change. Please pay attention to the policies of your reservations as there might be charges applied for shortening the stay. Extension of the stay will depend on the availability of the particular property.
