You can manage reservations through your Travel Agent account. Log into your account and select 'Reservations' on the menu on the left. In this section, you will see all the reservations you have made.
Under each reservation, you'll see a 'Manage Booking' button. By clicking on this button, you'll see the details of the reservation and you'll have the option to:
- Change dates
- Add rooms
- Contact the property
- Check the policies
- Update credit card
- Cancel the reservation
If you would like to change the name of your customer, please click on 'View confirmation' and more options will be available to apply changes. Please pay attention to the policies of your reservations as the charges might apply for shortening the stay. Extension of the stay will depend on the availability of the particular property. Additionally, you can contact the Customer Service to check with the property available options for your request.
