It means that the property was unable to validate your credit card. In order to guarantee your reservation, you have to update your card details.
You can update this information by accessing your reservation via the Dashboard or Reservations tab of your Travel Agent account.
The most common reasons a card can’t be authorised are:
• Incorrect card number or expiration date
• Insufficient funds (card limit was reached)
• Card doesn't allow international transactions
