Each financial cycle is two months long, which means that you will be paid commission for each booking latest two months after the guest has checked out.
If a guest checks out in July, you’ll receive your commission in September. This is because we have to wait for the property to confirm the guest’s checkout, which happens around one month after the stay date. Your commission will be paid via bank transfer or PayPal, up to one calendar month after the property confirms that the guest completed their stay.
We make a transfer every month, as long as you’ve earned at least EUR 100 in confirmed commission. If you don’t reach this amount in one month, your earnings will be added to the next month’s balance.
For example, if a reservation is made on 30 January with a check-out date of 23 April:
1. After the check-out date in April, the accommodation will confirm that the guest stayed, and you’ll see the confirmed commission for this reservation on your Dashboard no later than June.

The system will look at instead when a reservation is materialised (Confirmed as stayed by the accommodation two months after check-out) , commission will then be calculated for the reservation based on how many other reservations materialized in the same month.
The commission for each reservation that month will be based on the following commission split brackets:
So if you materialize 1-50 reservations in that same month, the commission will be 25% and will increase based on the scale shown above.
2. At the beginning of July, we’ll check whether you earned at least EUR 100 in the previous month. If you did, we’ll send you a credit slip by email. If not, the commission you earned will count towards your balance for August.
3. Payment will usually follow within 2–3 weeks of receiving the credit slip. Please note that international transfers may take longer to reach your account.
