There are a few reasons you might not have received your commission:
- You haven’t yet reached the EUR 100 finalised commission threshold.
- Payment might be due the following month. Please remember that we pay commission between 30-60 days after the EUR 100 threshold is reached.
- The bank details you've provided might be incorrect.
- Your PayPal account is not verified. It must be verified in order to receive payments from Booking.com.
- The credit slip has ended up in your Spam/Junk folder.
Payment is usually received at the end of the month. If you do not receive it then, please allow two more weeks for all the payments to reach our partners worldwide. If no payment has been received after that time, please submit a request here.
