Please note that you may see ‘0 EUR’ under both ‘Current Balance’ and ‘Most Recent Payment’ for a few days after the 100 EUR threshold is reached. This means that your payment is being processed, a credit slip is being created and will be sent to your account.
Once the amount appears under ‘Most Recent Payment’, you can expect to receive the payment at the end of the month.
If you think you may be eligible for a commission payment but haven’t yet received an email with the credit slip (by the end of the first week of the month), please log in to the Partner Center and do the following:
- select "Your Account",
- click on "Credit slips",
- here you will be able to download the credit slip you are interested in.
If you have not received your credit slip, please double check that the email hasn’t gone to your junk or spam folder.
